At OnlyOne Attire, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We currently accept returns for refunds only. Exchanges are not available at this time.
Eligible for Return
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Items must be returned within 15 days after receiving your item
- Items must include original tags/packaging (if applicable)
Not Eligible for Return
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
- Items returned after 15 days
- Clearance or final-sale items
How to Start a Return

Include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- The reason for the return
We will respond with return instructions and the correct return address.
Please do not send items back to any address other than the one we provide.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Processing times may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your order included free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges
Because of our fulfillment process, we are currently not able to offer exchanges. If you need a different item or size, please request a refund and place a new order.
